Choose from an extensive range of tyres based on your vehicle type or tyre size, Select from delivery / fitting options and make token payment to confirm the order. If you don't need your tyres fitted or you do not find a fitment centre conveniently located, please select our home delivery order option and we'll ship them to you.

Upon receiving the order from you we shall arrange the tyres to be delivered to the fitment center normally within 24-48 hours. Our operations center shall coordinate with you to schedule an appointment for fitting.

Buying Bike Tyres, Alloy Wheels and Accessories:

You selected products shall be shipped directly to your shipping address. The products shall be adequately packed in shipment worthy packaging and shall carry necessary installation instructions.
Q What does the price include? Do I need to pay anything extra for deliveries?
Price quoted on ChangeMyTyre.com website includes the price of tyres, delivery to your home or the fitment center sales taxes/VAT, and any applicable Octroi in that location. The price also includes cost of new tyre tubes in case of tube type tyres and set of new Air Nozzles in case of tubeless tyres.

Hence you do not pay anything extra for deliveries made in all the cities/states covered by us. In case you have chosen to get your tyres delivered and fitted at changemytyre.com fitment center, the tyres will be dismounted, mounted and wheel balanced free of charge. You will just be charged for the weights put on the wheels based on actual basis while doing the balancing.

Any other services availed at our fitment centers like wheel alignment, oil change etc has to be paid separately there.

In case of Alloy Wheels and Accessories the products included in the purchase is clearly stated in description.

Q I've placed my order, what happens next?
Once we receive your order we start organizing everything for you straight away to ensure that your experience runs as smoothly as possible. You'll receive a confirmation email from us immediately or if there are any issues with your order or payment we will advise you accordingly.

For orders which feature fitment at our fitment centers a communication will be sent to you on arrival of the tyre at the fitment centre. The confirmation will come to you by phone and email.

For delivery orders, we will send out our confirmation as soon as tyres have been dispatched. You will be given document number which you can use to track movement of your order on our logistics partners website. Our logistics partners will be in touch with you for coordinating delivery with you at your given address. In case you have any issues please feel free to contact us.

Q What happens if I place an order on Sunday?
Orders received on Sunday/ Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Q What options do I have to dispose of my old tyres taken off my vehicle?
You can choose to take back your old tyres or discuss with the Changemytyre.com fitment center for a buy back offer. Some of Changemytyre.com fitment Centers offer to purchase old tyres and offer price is ascertained based on the condition and type of the tyres.
Q What happens if the tyres/wheels that I order are out of stock?
We update our website on daily basis and majority of our stock on the website is checked and is accurate on our website however there may be circumstances where the stock level is very low the tyres that you order might be all sold. If this is the case we will contact you instantly to notify you of this and offer you an alternative tyre or a full refund.
CHOOSING TYRES
Q How do I find my tyre size?
Your tyre size is located on the side of your tyre, you are looking for information such as - 205/ 55 R16 V 91. These numbers can be shown in slightly different orders depending on the tyre you currently have fitted, keep an eye out for any other information such as RF, XL etc that are also required in order to choose the correct tyre. You can find a full glossary with what it all means in our tyre Info. Don't forget to check all your tyres, some vehicles e.g. Tata Nano and some BMW's have different sizes on the front and the back.

Vehicle handbook should show the correct information if you are in doubt. If you are unsure at all about what you need, call our advisory team on + 91 124 4242368 and they will help you make the correct choice.
Q Can I mix the Tyres around?
Mixing tyres is not recommended however if you do, please make sure that you stick to the same size on each axel. The rear tyres must be the same wheel diameter size as the front tyres. New set should be fitted on the Front Axel.
Q How do I know what tyre to choose?
It's very easy choose tyres at Changemytyre.com. You can select tyres by going through tyre size or by going through car brand and model. Q What pressure should I have in my tyres?
Recommended tyre pressures vary from vehicle to vehicle, best thing to do is to cross check this with your car manual. Some of the cars display the correct tyre pressure levels on the inside of your petrol cap or the inside driver side door pillar. It is recommended tyre pressure be checked on a weekly basis.

Q What happens if the courier company doesn't deliver the tyres? Will you send me replacements?
In case of home delivery, the transaction shall be deemed complete only upon delivery of tyres. In case you do not receive for any reasons, we shall send replacements or refund any payments that you may have made.
Q What happens if there is a delay in delivery?
We are partnering with leading logistical and courier companies to ensure that the deliveries are on time.

However despite that if the deliveries are delayed we shall advise you about it keep you updated on the alternate arrangements and seek your advice whether you would like us to cancel the order or go ahead with the delivery.

The tyres are delivered typically within 24-48 hours from the day of order. You will be intimated by email/ phone regarding arrival of your chosen tyres at changemytyre.com fitment center. You may then go there and get the tyres fitted on your vehicle.
Q What do I need to take to ChangeMyTyre.com fitment Centre?
When you place your order you will be given a reference/ Order number. The fitment center will ask for this number to be quoted when you arrive at the center, though not required ,you may also prefer to print the Booking Confirmation email that we send to you, this also has important information about the fitting arrangements.
Q How do I find out exactly when the tyres are available for fitment?
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a call/mail from our office confirming the receipt of your order. You will also be given the date and time when the order will reach the fitment center. The coordinator assigned to you will share his/her number for any further communication. She/he will also keep you updated about the movement of your tyres. You can chose to coordinate with the person or call our office for any further coordination. Further you can also track your order on our website at track your order option.
Q How long will fitting take?
The length of time depends very much on the size and type of tyre that you are having fitted. Normally, fitting of tyres take 45 minutes approximately, even though many are significantly quicker. When you arrive at the centre the technicians will be able to give you an indication of the likely timeframe.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Q How can I pay for my tyre purchases?
A. For the cities where we have ChangeMyTyre.com fitment center or delivery service is available you have following options for making your payments:
1) To pay 100% advance online through credit/ debit card or net banking.

OR

2) To pay online through credit/debit card or net banking an advance amounting to 5% of the order or Rs. 1000 , whichever is more, and pay balance through cash, at the fitment center when you go there to get your tyres fitted. Some of our fitment centers have been equipped to take payment through credit card/ debit card. In case you are planning to pay balance amount by credit/ debit card please check with us if the chosen fitment center can handle credit / debit card payments.

B. In the locations where we do not have any fitment center or COD collection facilities we shall require you to pay 100% amount online at the time of placing the order by Credit card/Debit Card or net Banking. The available payment options in your location shall be visible in the payment section of the shopping cart.

BUYING ALLOY WHEELS
Q How Do I Select the Alloy Wheel for My Car?
Changemytyre.com has collected all the relevant information for most car models in India and linked the available Alloy wheels with the Car Models. You can order the appropriate design of wheels be selecting your Car Model.

Alternatively if you know the size of your wheel or the size you wish to upsize to please select the Rim Diameter, Number of Bolts and PCD and make the selection.
Q My Car had only 5 Bolts, Why I am being shown Wheels with 10 Holes.
Cars shall have typically 4. 5 or 6 Bolts and a defined PCD of 100/108/114.8/139.7/160 etc. Some Alloy wheels are designed to have holes in two different PCD configurations. For a given Car only one set of holes corresponding to applicable PCD of that car shall be used.

That's the reason we see Wheels with 8 holes and PCD mentioned as 100/108 or 10 Holes with PCD as 100/114. As long as you match the number of bolts and PCD of your Car model the remaining set of holes should not matter.

How Alloy Wheels Are Shipped:

Alloy Wheels are shipped by National Courier Services in shipment worthy packaging with adequate protectors.

The package shall be delivered to your shipping address given at the time of order booking.
Q How shall I get the Wheels Mounted and Fitted?
You can have the wheels mounted and fitted to your car in a nearby tyre shop for a nominal charge. The same can be fitted at any nearby Changemytyre.com Authorized Fitment Centre.

We recommend that you get the wheels balanced while getting them fitted.

Are Nuts shipped with Tyres:

In most cases the existing OE nuts can be used to with the Alloy Wheel as well. In case new set of Wheel nuts is required we can ship the same along with your order for a nominal cost.

Q Is Changemytyre.com Offering Bike Tyres as Well?
Changemytyre.com has included range of Bike Tyres for all Bikes currently available in India. You can choose your Bike tyre going by the Bike Model or by the Bike Tyre Size Selector on the site.

I see two Different Type of Bike Tyre Notations on the Size Calculator;

In India some Two Wheeler Tyres still carry Imperial Size Notation which reads as 2.5, 2.75. 3.0. 3.25. 3.5 etc for width without any number for Profile. These are numbers are Bike Tyre Width in Inches and Profile in all these cases is 100. That would mean a Bike Size would read as 3.25/19 and shall have a Tyre width of 3.25 Inches, Rim Diameter of 19 Inches and Sidewall Height of 3.25 Inches.

Most Motorcycles shall have Tyre Size Notation as 100/90/18 and would mean a Tyre Width of 100 mm, Profile of 90 (sidewall height of 90%of width ie. 90 mm) and Rim Diameter of 18 Inches.
